Taqueria Yoshua
Eng:Tacos are known as a representative of Mexican food.
To discuss about tacos, you should know that there are a bunch of kinds of Tacos out there, and i love to explore them as many as i can!!
Today let me introduce here "gut tacos".
We found this eating place "Taqueria Yoshua" in the middle of down town Mexico City.
You can enjoy some dainty bits as cows stomach, liver, breast, and gut.
Esp: En el mundo se conocen Tacos como el representativo de la comida Mexicana.
Para discutir sobre tacos, debes saber la variedad de los tacos que existe en Mexico y yo como amante de los taquitos era obligatorio conocer estos taquitos de tripas!!
La semana pasada me llevaron a esta taqueria en el centro "Taqueria Yoshua". Aqui solo sirven tripas, ubres, pajarillas, y suaderos.

タコスと言っても本当に色々なタコスがあるのですが、本日ご紹介するのはホルモン！
メキシコシティーダウンタウンにあるこちらTaqueria Yoshuaさんでいただけるのは、肝臓、腸、大動脈、内臓系のタコス。

にほんご：こうやってぐつぐつと煮込んでます。
奥の方にいらっしゃるエプロン姿のおっちゃんたちが、よく煮えたホルモンちゃんたちを大きな木のまな板の上でブツブツと切り刻んで、トルティーヤの上に乗っければホルモンタコスのできあがり♪
Eng: This place is quite popular among locals. even a police officer were having lunch there.
Esp: Estaba lleno el local. Hasta un official comiendo su lunch...
にほんご：お店の中はこんな感じ。
庶民的ですねぇ。
警察官のおっちゃんもランチタイムですか。
Eng:This is menu. quite simple, isn't it?
Esp: Asi es el menu. Muy simple.

いたってシンプル。

Sunday Breakfast, Tamales
Eng: Last Sunday we had a breakfast with Tamales, one of my favorite Mexican breakfast/snack. There are many kinds of flavors, ones with hot sauce, with chicken/some vegetable/pork, or some sweet ones.
Esp:El domingo pasado desayunamos Tamales, mi desayuno favorito de Mexico.
Hay variedades de contenidos como salsas de todos tipos, moles, pollos, vegetales, o dulces y pasas de uvas.
にほんご：日曜日はタマーレスで朝ごはん。
タマーレスはとうもろこしの粉を練って蒸したもの。
朝ごはんやおやつにぴったりです。
辛いサルサ（ソース）が入ってるのとか、お肉や野菜の具が入ってるのとか、甘いのとか、いろいろあります。
Eng:Tamales Oaxaqueños, wrapped with banana leaf, prepared with hot green sauce and chicken.
Esp:Tamales Oaxaqueños, preparados con salsa verde y pollos, envueltos en ojas de platanos.
にほんご：タマーレス・オアハケーニャス。
オアハカ州のタマーレス。
バナナの葉っぱに包んで蒸してあります。
ちょっと辛い緑のサルサ（ソース）と鶏肉が入ってます。
口当たりなめらかでおいし～☆
Eng:Tamales Rosas, sweet ones, wrapped with skin of corns.
Esp:Tamales Rosas es dulce, envuelto con piel de mais.
にほんご：ピンクのは甘いの。
こっちのはとうもろこしの皮で包んでます。
干しぶどうが入ってるのもあります。
Esp:El domingo pasado desayunamos Tamales, mi desayuno favorito de Mexico.
